Description
-Engineering graduate licensed or not (preferably ECE, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or IT courses)
- with 1-3 years experience in Telecommunications or Helpdesk/NOC environment
- Familiarity with Nokia and Huawei devices (EnodeB, ATN, MW Radio) is a plus
- Familiar with basic remote troubleshooting, alarms monitoring and clearing (Level 1 isolation)
- Basic IP and netwrking skills is a plus
-Can monitor the network on a shifting basis
- Willing to be assigned or currently in Davao
- Has stable internet connection from home (for Work from Home Arrangements)
- Can start ASAP
