Monitor and analyze the health of application system by understanding the key business indicators and provide operation and maintenance support
Act as L1 support to multiple platforms and respond to inquiries from clients globally to maintain high client retention
Manage Incidents, Problems and Changes and assist in Capacity Management of our systems
Participate as night / weekend emergency point of contact and be willing to support different shifts to maintain stability and customer support
Improve product documentation by consistently reporting errors and suggesting corrections and resolutions
Contribute to team efficiency by understanding and consistently adhering to support processes for: case handling, escalations, hand-offs, bug filing, case routing, and case root cause categorization.
Work in teams alongside Back-end developers, QA testers and UI/UX designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent.
+2 years experience working in Application Support and/or Technical Helpdesk preferably from a software development background.
Technical knowledge in using C# or ReactJS (Development or supporting an application)
Has strong organizational skills and has a high sense of urgency while maintaining calm under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficient English and experience working with multi-national teams
Experience on JIRA or any service desk tools and Confluence or other knowledge management tools
Knowledge of Azure or other cloud solution services is a plus
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice IT and Software Computer Software / Engineering 3 openings Bachelor's degree graduate
