Coordinate and interface with internal and external project stakeholders to carry out project related tasks and ensure appropriate planning and scheduling of works and resources . 2.Conduct ocular site inspections, verifications, walk downs, or witness testing, as appropriate. 3. Assist in the review of contractor's drawings, method statements and test procedures to ensure compliance to requirements and project specifications. 4. Monitor and coordinate construction activities of the project, including evaluation of construction methodology being implemented for the works. 5.Prepares inspection reports and evaluates the results of quality tests conducted for each equipment, structure or system. 6.Monitor and review actual project progress and accomplishments. If delays are observed, recommend catch-up scheme to ensure project schedules are met. 7. Evaluates acceptability of the installations in reference to the design criteria. 8.Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance to project specifications and issue non-conformance reports as necessary. 9.Coordinate and align plant interface parameters with other work streams such as the FCRS, switchyard and transmission line to ensure no scope gaps or delay in delivery of materials or equipment.10.Coordinate delivery of materials and equipment with various contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery at site. 11. Attend regular meetings (ie daily, weekly, and monthly) to coordinate and resolve project issues. 12.Monitor and ensures compliance of all contractors' personnel to safety policies and procedures, environmental guidelines and security regulations. 13. Provide inputs and/or review project minimum functional specifications (MFS) and requirements. 14.Evaluate contractor technical bids , technical deviations or value engineering proposals. 15. Conduct inspections to verify outstanding works or deliverables to the contractor for inclusion in the punchlist. 16. Assist other growth projects through review of drawings, evaluation of proposals and technical deviations and other similar tasks, including visits or periodic assignment to other project sites. 17. Perform other project related works as maybe necessary.
