WHAT IS A SOURCING COORDINATOR Our awesome client, a leading Merchandising Agency Company based in US is looking for a Sourcing Coordinator to be part of their Team. Coordinatorworks closely with Strategic Sourcing Lead and team Account Managers to find merchandise that fits the expectations and goals of prospective clients with a focus on customer service and extreme attention to detail. This includes sourcing products, creating product presentations, ensuring we are maximizing profitability through proper quoting, and following the project through delivery, resolving or raising the flag if issues identified. This position will sometimes be client facing with support from sales team to monitor the appropriate cadence, brand strategy, and appropriate service level expectations. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Work with assigned account managers in driving BDA value and meeting customer needs. Lead with a Customer Service attitude and urgency to deliver above expectations. Negotiate prices to maximize profits, sourcing products from multiple options to ensure highly competitive pricing. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR 2-5 years of experience in sales or sales support. Customer Service skills - proven ability to deal effectively with clients through a customer service first mindset. Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, clients and vendors via verbal and written communications. Proven efficient use of Microsoft Excel (including formulas), PowerPoint, and Word. Proven ability to learn and maintain processes while working in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated creativity in sourcing, presentations and ideating to business solutions. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Purchasing & Ordering Experience Purchasing - Negotiation skills - price and deadlines Marketing - Ability to help a client drive differentiation and brand value. Order Processing - project management skills. Multi-tasking - ability to produce goods utilizing one or more vendors. Detail Oriented - Follow-up and tracking of orders to ensure project deliverables. 4-year college degree preferred but not required Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite & Salesforce preferred Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig at a Nightshift Schedule
