Job Summary
Night Duty Engineer is the overall in-charge of building preventive maintenance, up keeping and implementation of project and monitoring service requests at night. They are responsible for monitoring work of assigned graveyard maintenance technicians.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least professional license in Engineering (Mechanical)
With at least 1-2 years working experience in the same position is required
Can handle and supervise multiple of properties assigned
Has a thorough understanding of HVAC, electrical, FDAS.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Effective and strong technical skills
Organizational skills and good time management
Willing to work permanently in Night Shift

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
