Job Summary:
Night Auditor is responsible for attending overnight guest concerns and settling the payment transaction of the guest (cash/ credit card payment) from the day shift. Checking late arrivals and taking reservations (walk in, phone calls, social media or email) The night auditor reconciles all the accounts, processes the invoices and updates the system.
Qualifications:
Must be willing to work in Mabini Batangas
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in
Hospitality Management or related field
1-2 years experience in Front Office
Excellent in written and verbal communication
Familiar in Front Office software
Excellent in administrative work
Availability to work overnight
