Job Qualification
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
With Proven experience in Product Development and creating prototypes
Ability to visualize theoretical models and design ideas.
Able to read and formulate drawings and diagrams
Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control protocols
In-depth knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD and CAM Software
A keen eye for detail
Knowledge of industry and market trends
Job Description
Conceptualizing new product ideas by using CAD software to design prototypes
Research innovative and cost-saving materials to use to develop and make the products, keeping quality and expense in mind
Fabricating product prototypes for testing refinement
Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief
Testing product parts for viability and resilience
Fine-tuning designs until they are ready for production
Delivering product specifications and procedures to the manufacturing team for production purposes
Overseeing production and ensuring that products conform to market specifications and safety regulations
