1. Handles telecommunications project engineering.
2. Ensures efficient telecommunications project documentation.
3. Provides customer support on all telecommunications issues and concerns.
4. Handle and support various telecommunication equipment's.
5. Identify, evaluate & find solutions to different technical problems.
6. Visit and scrutinize sites frequently to check whether any repair is needed.
7. Work promptly in urgent situations and be prepared to handle any interruptions of service.
8. Give authorization to the equipment quality and give notice to the associated authorities if any alteration is required.
9. Know how to design & build telecommunications system.
10. Be aware of the Solaire Manila procedures and standards and then follow or apply them accordingly.
11. Proactive in foreseeing problems in equipment and service and come forward with solutions before they crop up
12. Troubleshoots equipment & technical defects that could occur in this field.
13. Manages and coordinates telecommunication projects to build and/or implement comprehensive integrated system solutions for MARTA customers, while maintaining high service levels (99.5%)on all production PBX systems.
Requirements
Education
Graduate of an IT course
Work experience
At least 4 years experience in the same capacity
Relevant skills
Willing to work on extended hours
