Knowledge in ESXI, RAID configuration, Dell & Lenovo Server, Cisco Router & Switch configuration
Advantage if familiar with H3C switch & OSPF Protocol
Knowledgeable with
End user desktop setup, format/ install & troubleshooting
Familiar with Zabbix & Grafana network monitoring
Linux OS installation, Centos or Ubuntu Debian
Familiar with WLC (wireless LAN Controller) setup & configuration
Familiar with VOIP phone setup
CCTV installation
Familiar with
Any Cloud Services and Applications-CCNA OR HCIA certified is an advantage
Job Descriptions:
Install, configure, and upgrade essential IT infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Server Virtualization (VMware ESXi/Vcenter/Vsphere), Security (Fortinet/Palo Alto), Server Applications (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS), desktops and laptops (Windows/MacOS), network devices (routers, switches, WLCs and AP's).
Monitor IT systems and infrastructure performance and ensure pro-active resolution of any IT related problems.
Knowledgeable with Linux particularly with CentOS, Ubuntu Servers
Participate in research, recommend and implement solutions for customers.
Responsible for maintaining computer networks and solving any problems that may occur
