The Role
As a Network Operations Engineer, the role will provide technical support for both both enterprise and internal projects within the organization and its business partners. This involves tasks such as configuring and maintaining Network Firewalls, Load Balancers, Web Proxies, Endpoint Protection, Web Application Firewall, and Network Infrastructure
How you'll contribute
Review and execution of all project build requirements. Ensure the output meets the request and is within the approved SLA.
Create low level design and execution of the network and network-security infrastructure.
Test final network and network security structures to ensure they behave as expected.
Creates operational procedures and process documentation including diagrams
What we're looking for
Knowledge and hands-on experience in the following technologies
Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
Routing and Switching
VPN Technologies (IPsec S2S, SSL VPN)
F5 Load balancers (GTM, LTM, Radware, Citrix)
Web Proxies (Cisco WSA, Sophos Web Appliance)
Contact Centre Solution (Cisco, Avaya, Shoretel, Genesys, etc)
Basic knowledge on network fundamentals and concepts
