Job Description
Level 2 Junior Level:
3-5 years of experience in network support or administration, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and concepts, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and VPNs.
Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba.
Experience with network management and monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, or PRTG.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Relevant professional certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, JNCIA, JNCIS-ENT/SP certifications are highly desirable.
A willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in networking technology and best practices.
Level 2 Senior:
5-7+ years of experience in network support or administration, with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and concepts, including BGP, MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN, .
Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, and firewalls, from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba
Experience with network management and monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, ThousandEyes, or PRTG.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Relevant professional certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, JNCIA, JNCIS-ENT/SP certifications are highly desirable.

Level 3/SME Level:
10+ years of experience in network support or administration, with a focus on troubleshooting, network architecture, and design.
Expert knowledge of networking protocols and concepts, including advanced routing protocols, SDWAN, NAC,
Familiarity with network hardware, such as routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls, from vendors like Cisco, F5, Juniper, or Aruba.
Experience with network management and monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, Kentik, ThousandEyes or PRTG.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues quickly and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and present findings to management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Relevant professional certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or JNCIE, are highly desirable.
A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in networking technology and best practices.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 3-10 years of work experience in network support or administration with a focus on troubleshooting network architecture and design
Must-have skills:
Knowledge on network devices is a must
Enterprise Network Operations
F5 Load Balancer
Routing and Switching
Cisco Wireless
Expert knowledge of networking protocols and concepts including advanced routing protocols SDWAN NAC
Familiarity with network hardware such as routers switches load balancers and firewalls from vendors like Cisco F5 Juniper or Aruba
Experience with network management and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds Wireshark Kentik ThousandEyes or PRTG
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues quickly and efficiently
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical colleagues and present findings to management
Knowledgeable about ITIL processes is must ITIL Foundation Certified preferred Knowledge on Routing and Switching
Relevant professional certifications such as CCNP CCIE JNCIP or JNCIE are highly desirable
Preferably CCNA Certified
