Job Description
Responsible for the company’s compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012
Report on company compliance with the Data Privacy Act and all issuances by the National Privacy Commission
Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) of the National Privacy Commission and authorities pertaining to matter of data privacy and network security
Checks compliance of Third- Party service providers and customers
Conducts employee trainings on the handling, security, confidentiality and management of data
Conducts Privacy Impact Assessments on internal systems, products and services
Writes, updates and ensures proper implementation of policies on data protection and network security
Recommends solutions pertaining to data processing and privacy
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in an IT -related course
Minimum 2 years data protection and network security experience
Ability to create policies, guidelines and training materials on the topic
