8-10 years of experience in Telecommunication's Operations. Operation Managers take care of communications technologies in an organization, such as BTS, ENB, GNB, CORE elements availability and tracking HW faults, so that its daily operations happen seamlessly
Huawei and Ericsson System know how preferable
Good leadership quality and communication skills are highly required
In addition, a Telecommunications Operational expert monitors the configuration, setting up MOP for parameter implementation, post SW, HW roll out tracking faults and working closely with RAN engineers to track performance not broken due to new SW and HW roll out.
They also work on TX node availability e.g. fiber optic cabling, switching systems, voice and data, and network infrastructure
It goes without saying that managers need to have strong analytical skills, leadership skills, excellent written and spoken communication skills, and organizational skills.
Monitoring and tracking client's operations activities and mapping to project delivered KPIs impact and calling out any changes in KPI proactively
RAN Hardware critical alarm monitoring and tracking faults
Work closely with technical project teams including but not limited to RAN, Core, transport, end to end, drive test team and data analytics team to ensure project is delivered within budget and schedule
Proactively monitor and manage internal & external delivery partner's and make sure project risk are mitigated and escalated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
Build and maintain client relationships with direct and indirect stakeholders, including upper-level management

Help to correlate RAN regional engineers with poor KPI performance VS HW faults if it is relating
Weekly meeting with customer's OPMs for HW faults tracking and raising in forum for support purely to improve network KPIs
Writing MOPs [Method of Procedure] for RAN, CORE, TX for any parameter changes
Tracking network changes from change management tool
Tracking vendor's changes from network activities and feed back-to-back end team
Contributing in KPI acceptance with customer and justifying the exclusion based on back up analysis
Required high analytical skills to process data and represent in effectively manner
Require leadership quality and communication skills
Required high level skills in Microsoft office tools especially xl-based macro and power point presentations
Huawei and Ericsson vendor experience will be highly appreciated
Sound knowledge on Operations process must require
