What you'll be doing...
Performs lower-level technical activities for a single (or multiple) technologies / customers.
Follows basic technical procedures for incident triage.
Follows basic technical procedures for single user MACDs.
Works under the supervision of other team members.
Comply with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards to meet certification requirements. Adhere to Verizon's policies such as security policy CPI-810.
What we're looking for...
You'll need to have
Bachelor's degree or one or more years of work experience
Even better if you have one or more of the following
Two or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience working with computers.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Experience with ITIL methodology.
