Job Description Network Field Maintenance Engineer shall handle operations and maintenance of wireless and wireline facilities within Imus and Dasmarinas, Cavite
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Operations and Maintenance of Access and DWDM equipment
- Operations and maintenance of OSP facilities both fiber and copper
- Tower works activities such as Microwave alignment and fine tuning, ODU/antenna and cable replacement
- Troubleshooting, installing, implementing, and administering network systems.
- Analyzing capacity issues and developing capacity planning models as directed.
- Ensuring planned testing activities are executed. Developing network security guidelines.
- This includes administration, monitoring, change management, configuration, release management, provisioning, security, performance and capacity planning, and incident and disaster recovery functions.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Preferably a Licensed Electronics Engineer
- With good moral character
- Must be physically and mentally fit
- Preferably with basic knowledge in IP, Networking and transmission
- Must have at least a Non Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code of 2
- Must be a resident either at Imus, Cavite / Dasmarinas, Cavite
- Willing to be relocated or be augmented to other areas of SLZ and other region if needed
- Willing to work on extended hours, at nights, weekends, or holidays
- Willing to work at communications towers
- Knowledge in software applications and database management a plus factor
