Job Responsibilities: 1. Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructure with a focus on switches and configurations. 2. Configure and optimize network switches to ensure efficient data flow and minimal downtime. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions into broader IT initiatives. 4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a focus on switches and configurations. 3. In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching technologies. 4. Expertise in configuring and optimizing various network switches, routers, and related equipment. 5. Hands-on experience with VLAN implementation and management. 6. Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. 7. Proficiency in network troubleshooting and problem-solving. 8. Familiarity with network monitoring tools for performance analysis and reporting. 9. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 10. Updated certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent is good to have. 11. Knowledge of emerging technologies and a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends. 12. Strong documentation skills for network designs, configurations, and procedures. 13. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
