Job Description
• Responsible for proactive day to day management of infrastructure platforms and systems
• Respond as required to incidents and service requests for all supported systems within defined SLAs
• Participate in the development and preparation of reports for the Operations leadership team as required
• Provide technical expertise as part of a project team working with other project management, infrastructure and applications resources
• Participate in on call support roster and be available to work outside business hours, as required
Job Qualification
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or relevant industry experience;
• Proven infrastructure related experience in complex environments with knowledge around server, messaging, storage and networking technologies.
• Experience with Firewalls, Routing, Networking Topologies and Services.
• Deployment, implementation and maintenance of mid-tier level storage technologies.
