As a Network Engineer (Tier 4), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. You will be a vital part of our network engineering team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other IT infrastructure. If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong background in network engineering and a passion for delivering innovative solutions, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage complex network solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.- Plan and conduct network upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.- Perform network troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure high network availability and performance.- Monitor and maintain network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network solutions with other IT infrastructure components.- Keep up-to-date with emerging network technologies and industry trends, and recommend improvements and enhancements to the network infrastructure.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior network engineers.- Document network designs, configurations, and changes in accordance with company standards.- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for network incidents and escalations.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of [V] years of experience as a network engineer, with a proven track record of designing and managing complex network solutions.- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and network security.- Experience with network monitoring tools and techniques.- Familiarity with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills-Need to be detailed oriented-Have network experience with the following vendors:-Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba/HPE-Firmware management experienceNice to have:Ubuntu- Certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly desired.- Experience with cloud networking and virtualization technologies is a plus.Benefits:-Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunity for growth and career development.- Training and support to enhance technical and customer service skills.- Work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
