NETWORK AND SECURITY ASSOCIATE
Job Purpose:
Maintain, administer, secure and innovate the use of Local Area Network (LANs), Wide Area Network (WANs), cloud services, telecommunications, servers and computer workstations and peripheral equipment needed to support the business operations of the company.
Roles and Responsibility:
Provide L1/L2 support related to servers, network and software application incidents.
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server and network resources, key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
Plan, recommend and implement preventive measures to protect the network, servers, telecommunication, and systems against security breaches.
Execute Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Computer Systems Validation plan.
