At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Computer Science/Information Technology.
Junior Associate (1-4 yrs experience) specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, and document LAN, WLAN, WAN, Voice, and other network and data center issues
Monitor the health of the network and data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
Research, analyze, and recommend solutions and improvements on the network and data center infrastructure.
Collaborate with internal and external entities to plan and execute IT tasks and projects
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
Provide various regular and on-demand reports on time and in full.
Ensure that proper security measures are in place to protect to the network and data center infrastructure
Support the day to day operations of network and data center infrastructure.
Provide technical IT support to users
Additional Requirements
Bachelor's/College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related courses
In depth knowledge and hands on experience in LAN, WLAN, WAN technologies and concepts. CCNA or network bootcamp attendance is a plus.
Knowledge in data center management, network management, network monitoring, and troubleshooting tools is a plus
Must possess an analytical mind and can exercise mature judgment
Can easily adapt to changing situations
Good oral and written communications skills in English
