Position Responsibilities
Participate in LAN/WAN network implementation, support, and maintenance as well as designing, development, testing and deployment of network infrastructure devices.
Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, Cisco IOS, NX-OS, ASA platforms, wireless LAN technologies, firewall technologies, IP telephony, VoIP, QoS, DHCP, DNS, MPLS, VPN (IPSEC, SSL), Solarwinds, Netflow, TFTP, Packet sniffer/analyzer, TACACS and RADIUS, encryption and digital certificates.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent communication, verbal and written.
CCNA, CCNP certification preferred
Security certifications a plus
Strong working knowledge of routing and switching, firewall and wireless technologies.
Experience with Cisco VoIP
Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
Willing to work on fixed US hours
