- Network devices, servers and functions (e.g. Domain Server/Active Directory, FTP Servers, Hyper-V)
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- Microsoft Applications (MS Office)
- Windows Server 2012 r2, Load Balancer, SAP, Database Server (Mysql), Quickbooks
- POS system planning and implementation
- switches, routers, firewall, TCP / IP, IP addressing, subnetting
