Role Summary:
As a NetSuite Principal Consultant / Architect, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our current operational practices and the potential efficiencies our NetSuite ERP system can offer. This position requires a deep understanding of both our business's realities and the technical capabilities of NetSuite.
The installation leverages Wordpress/Woocommerce through a middleware provider to integrate into Netsuite. There is comprehensive work done in both Excel and PowerBI to provide the foundation for the current metrics shown to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert NetSuite consulting using industry-best practices.
Undertake a comprehensive analysis of our current NetSuite setup, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Lead a strategic overhaul of our NetSuite system, streamlining processes to match our current business model and future growth plans.
Conduct detailed business process mapping and requirements gathering.
Manage the implementation and deployment of optimized NetSuite solutions, including data migration and complex problem-solving.
Direct project team stakeholders and ensure effective coordination across various business departments.
Establish and maintain control over all internal user aspects within the NetSuite system.
Organize and lead meetings to define project scope, ensuring adequate resource allocation to meet business objectives.
Serve as a primary contact for urgent metric requests and manage technical project aspects.
Liaise between engineering, e-commerce, finance and other departments for continuous process enhancement.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain NetSuite modules and enhancements tailored to our specific business needs.
Offer ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users and monitor system performance.
Design and implement SuiteAnalytics to allow for easy dashboard type monitoring of all metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or related field.
5+ years of experience in NetSuite consulting, with a preference for 7+ full-cycle implementations.
Proven ability in managing complex system overhauls, particularly in engineering or e-commerce contexts.
Strong experience in system integration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlows, SuiteAnalytics and Web Services/SuiteTalk.
Excellent communication skills are required, analytical, and time management skills.
Project management skills are an asset.
NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
