Job Description
About the role:
Develop NetSuite features/functions/extensions and ensure effective long-term solutions
Maintain and create workflows, SuiteScript deployments, bundles, SuiteCommerce Adv, and other custom NetSuite features
Design and revise configurations of NetSuite as needed to meet the needs of the customer business including the creation of fields, workflow rules, custom reports, dashboards, and KPI's, etc.
Resolve system issues and administer SC(A) web stores
Provide NetSuite training and support to customers
Customize forms, reduce duplicate and unnecessary fields to enhance ease of use
Respond to team inquiries and problem solve in a professional and effective fashion
Reply via Slack and Email to team members (during CET working hours) within 1 hour on urgent NetSuite items
Provide feedback regarding recommended features and enhancements
Attend weekly scheduled meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned
Position requirements:
Has 3-5 years experience in NetSuite environments
Knows how to read and write Netsuite scripts
Knows how to create SCA customizations/extensions
Is detail-oriented with good follow-through skills
Has strong analytical and planning skills
Has good communication and presentation skills
Has excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Willing to learn a wide range of products and technologies
Has enthusiasm to hone troubleshooting/analyzing problems while working with team members to solve their issues
Is calm under pressure and able to adjust daily tasks based on changing priorities
NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced experience is preferred
