The IT project management function oversees IT initiatives to ensure that all technology-related projects run smoothly and align with overall company strategy. The project manager has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project. The project manager must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills. Key among a project manager's duties is the recognition that risk directly impacts the likelihood of success and that this risk must be both formally and informally measured throughout the lifetime of a project. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to "roll up the sleeves" and get things done.
Responsibilities
Manage and track the development process to ensure high-quality, high predictability in schedule and budget. Ensure repeatable process
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure proper plan creation, execution, and delivery of complex software products and services
Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus constraints
Partner with the program manager to execute on program guidelines and strategy.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related quantitatively focused field required. MBA or graduate degree in management, finance, or a technical field preferred
NetSuite Implementation experience is required
Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Teams
Demonstrated experience with enterprise cloud solutions, migrations, and other technology-driven transformation programs
Experience in creating and managing BI dashboards and reports preferably in PowerBI
Experience working with remote teams
Experience managing offshore resources
