Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience with Oracle NetSuite
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) is essential
Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work night hours to provide support to the AMERICA Region
Must have ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) experience.
Preferred:
Experience in Customer Support is preferred.
Accounting experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Providing day to day system support to our business.
Onboarding of the new Subsidiaries into NetSuite including Data Migration
Create and maintain documentation for NetSuite customizations including FDDs, User Guides and Release Notes.
Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement & efficiency
Perform other duties that may be assigned by the immediate head
