Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to; NetSuite SuiteScript and Customized SuiteScript development, customization of records, fields and forms, as well as building and updating dashboards. The candidate must also have the functional ability within NetSuite and can do all post go live support and training across the business.
Essential Job Functions
Evaluate business requirements and implement solutions in NetSuite using the SuiteCloud platform.
Leverage and customize out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions.
Support existing custom scripts (SuiteScripts).
Work with different areas of the organization to develop effective solutions that result in efficiency gains.
Debug and troubleshoot production issues.
Create comprehensive technical requirements documentation and provide training to stakeholders.
Fully document existing and new customizations and workflows.
Maintain proper system access for all users and roles.
Coordinate with NetSuite support on issues that cannot be resolved internally.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status and delivery timelines.
Work with bolt-on software solutions.
Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards
Job Specifications * General:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or another technical field preferred.
2 to 3 years of expert level of understanding in NetSuite.
2 to 3 years of experience in administration and configuration of NetSuite in a warehouse and e-commerce contexts.
2 to 3 years of experience deploying and monitoring SuiteScript and SuiteCommerce applications.
An understanding of startup environments, agile development, and not only work independently but also as a team.
3 to 4 years of experience with web services like JSON, AJAX OR SOAP.
3 to 4 years of strong understanding of EDI.
Custom field creation and deployment experience.
Workflow creation and revisions knowledge.
Experience with RESTlet SuiteScript customizations for application and workflow integration working knowledge of SuiteTalk and Suitelet development.
Experience with SDF (SuiteCloud Development Framework).
Skills & Abilities:
Very strong communication and documentation skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Strong problem solving and decision-making ability.
