ABOUT THE ROLE:
NetSuite Business Analyst is responsible for delivering value by developing business processes and utilizing the NetSuite ERP application to support the business improvement and growth. NetSuite Business analyst analyzes and makes sense of historical and current data with the end goal of improving decision making processes within organizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collect and understand business user requirements, define new features, and enhance and systemize troubleshooting functional specifications
Collaborate with affected business units to support existing functions and implement new system functions and reports
Work closely with the NetSuite ERP team to troubleshoot the system and diagnose functional issues discovered by the business user community
Perform various types of tests such as unit, function, system, usability, end-to-end, user acceptance, and regression
Create test plans for new deployments and feature updates
Create out-of-the-box resolutions on top of the platform to resolve issues and get tasks done efficiently
Identify new opportunities and customizations for existing ERP applications and processes
Train and support business users using the NetSuite ERP system throughout the organization
Maintain documentation of key operating procedures, system enhancements, and revisions
Understand the overall situation and relationship between each ability and other abilities in the whole plan
Assist in the development and creation of new areas as well as with form and report creation and adjustment
Translate requirements into terms the users can understand as technical solutions
Work on problems of different levels of complexity where data analysis requires a review of a lot of different factors
Manage delays and backlogs and prioritize critical requests by judging and deciding smartly based on the data and facts
From time to time, will provide support to new team members. May also coordinate activities across members and be a representative in global meetings
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years of experience in NetSuite consulting and application
Experience with software in SaaS environments including ERP presence, SuiteBundler, and SuiteFlow Customization
Experience with developing systems requirements, defining systems workflow and support procedures, and implementing business solutions in a timely manner
NetSuite End-to-End process knowledge to provide guidance to the team
Solid understanding of Oracle Database, Data Modeling, Oracle SQL Developer, Data Warehouse concepts, advanced analytics concepts, and implementation
Experience with querying databases and using statistical computer languages: R, Python, SLQ, etc.
Experience with implementing and utilizing Big Data and visualization techniques, tools, and technologies
Able to perform complex problem solving and to work collaboratively with NetSuite support and Product Management
Experience in data design, data modeling, data mapping, data interrogation, data quality, and master data management is desired
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with architecting and provisioning/configuring cloud-based data warehouse and/or database solutions is desired
Salesforce experience is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Currently residing in the Philippines
Willing to work within 8AM - 5PM, Pacific Time Zone
