If you are energized by the impact you can make at Tala, we'd love to hear from you!About the RoleThe NetSuite Administrator at Tala is a hybrid role that blends deep technical expertise with sharp business process acumen.You will be responsible for the management, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our NetSuite ERP system. This role acts as a critical bridge between our Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams, translating business needs into effective system solutions.You'll ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of our NetSuite environment, empowering users and driving automation across the organization.What You'll Do
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance within NetSuite and connected systems.
Lead complex NetSuite configuration, workflows, customization, and integration
Demonstrate proficiency in script understanding and problem resolution
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights into business performance
Coordinate regular system maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their efficiency and proficiency with NetSuite.
Oversee Sandbox accounts for development and testing, ensuring seamless deployment of customizations and updates to the production environment
Stay updated on new NetSuite features and functionalities, assessing their potential impact on business processes
Drive process and systems improvements across teams for end-to-end automation of the full financial life cycle
Incorporate industry best practices and emerging technology to raise the bar for reporting speed and accuracy
Mentor and aid in developing the wider team of accounting and finance professionals
Act as the primary liaison with external auditors in related matters
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years experience with ERP, Rev Rec, CRM, CPQ and other relevant software categories - NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
NetSuite Certified Administrator certification is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience in a fintech, SaaS, or financial services environment.
Strong understanding of core accounting principles (GAAP and IFRS).
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
Result oriented, self-motivated with a personal drive to meet commitments.
Strong collaboration and communication skills with both internal and external business partners.
Able to work flexible hours
