What does a day in the life as Netsuite Administrator look like Maintain the NetSuite application and other related third-party business applications for internal users Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, third-party tools / applications and new NetSuite modules based on evolving business needs NetSuite SME for managing NetSuite updates, troubleshooting of system errors and resolution and maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization and integrations Provide internal NetSuite Cases support (new saved searches, reports, KPI's, and dashboards, user roles, etc.) Assist with data analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, and improvement/simplification initiatives Create business and technical documentation - customizations, workflows, and business processes, and keeping all documentation up to date Administrator-level knowledge: Custom records and objects, csv imports, page layouts, workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards Familiarity with Roles and Permissions What are the required qualifications for a Netsuite Administrator 3-5 years of experience with ERP administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments, specifically with NetSuite Knowledge of NetSuite Finance would be advantageous, though not required Knowledge of scripting and webservices a plus Ability to analyze problems, develop and recommend solutions and resolve issues Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment that places a strong premium on integrity, excellence, execution and teamwork Well-organized, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy Ability to remain professional and flexible while under pressure A strong understanding of business processes and requirements Ninja Perks and Benefits Competitive compensation Adherence to government-mandated benefits Retirement Savings Program with Company Matching Life Insurance HMO on day 1 Paid time off, birthday leave Bonus and incentive plans Opportunities for skills training and personal and professional development Employee Referral Program Experience infinite fun so you can have infinite growth.
