Overview
SolarWinds is looking to hire their next Intermediate Application Administrator (NetSuite) for their PH-BGC site. The selected professional will be an individual contributor on the Business Applications team and is responsible for maintaining and customizing the ERP system used within the company and other systems related to the ERP system. You will develop scripts, applications and system integrations to support business applications (ERP, CRM, Legacy systems) within the NetSuite ERP platform by creating requirements documents; building scalable and reliable applications and tools; utilizing existing application API's (JavaScript, RESTful, web services) and managing the testing & deployment of customizations within the system.
Responsibilities
Perform daily administrative tasks of NetSuite ERP system and other business applications systems
Oversee other NetSuite administrator and assign tasks as needed
Write and maintain various scripts and business processes used by the business application systems
Manage release process of systems controlled by Business Applications group
Ensure all change management procedures are followed and documented
Schedule and manage data synchronization between systems
Participate in team development of various business process solutions used by SolarWinds departments
Create project estimates used by project managers to schedule work
Collaborate with different groups in development and implementation of projects
Qualifications
At least 4 years NetSuite administration experience
Preferably NS Certified Administrator but not required
Experience with NetSuite, SuiteTax and SuiteBilling
Intermediate to advanced JavaScript (HTML and general scripting), Web Services (SOAP and REST), MS SQL
Must have background and/or experience with Finance
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
