Job Description
Encora is on the look-out for .NET Developer (Fullstack). An ideal candidate must be open to dayshift schedule and to work on hybrid work set up (3 days WFH and 2 days onsite).
Qualification:
At least 5 years experience with C#, .NET.
Familiar with .NET Core.
Experience with Angular JS, React JS and Node JS are an advantage.
Experience with Microservices.
Amenable to work in Pasay City, hybrid work set up (2x per week).
Amenable to dayshift schedule.
Duties and responsibilities:
Writes code for new software applications, i.e., back-end to front-end.
Undertakes software modifications or feature enhancements to existing systems.
Contributes to the provision of Enterprise-grade solutions.
Performs full life cycle software development of distributed web applications.
Designs and develops new systems.
Develops and manages well-functioning databases and applications.
Outlines client-side and server-side architecture
Manages the complete software development process, i.e., from conception to deployment.
Maintains and upgrades software following deployment.
Operations and Administration
Conducts peer reviews of developed code to ensure adherence to defined coding standards.
Mentors and guides junior and mid-level developers in delivering systems from inception to deployment with minimal direction.
Promotes adherence to software development standards and processes.
Prepares weekly and monthly regular reports of progress.
