DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure high standard of quality workmanship on site
Ensure total Gen cons/Sub cons/Labor Contractor management & Human Resource Management on site
Contract improvement actions
Safeguard and promote Company's interests when dealing with subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure contract program deadlines are met and exceeded where possible
Materials and storage management
Site Administration
Contractual Management and Cost Control
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
Preferably male
With at least 8 years work experience
Good organization skills with a systematic approach to work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Accuracy and attention to details
Good Project management skills
REQUIREMENTS:
Detailed resume with at least three (3) character references and recent 2x2 photo
Photocopy of Transcript of Records and other credentials
Photocopy of PRC License
WORK LOCATION: Metro Manila (Manila, Makati, San Juan, Quezon City, Parañaque and Mandaluyong City)
WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays - 8am to 5pm and Saturdays - 8am to 12nn
