Description
Job Qualifications
• Graduate of BS degree in Engineering or related field
• History of training and developing a strong technical team.
• Experienced in KPI's, data and metric development on
appliances service set-up.
• Strong organizational and managerial skills.
• Extensive background in appliance service set-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Excel and Outlook
knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee PSD operations, including repair, rework and ASC.
• Analyze and respond to customer complaints and requests
regarding repair
• Provide support and analysis for issues arising in
manufacturing, purchasing, quality control, and the field
• Coordinate activities of service personnel
• Provides mentor ship and training to the team
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 5
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
