About the position:
To develop and implement successful sales & marketing strategies into Food & Beverages on imported brands.
The National Sales Manager holds a specific territory to categorize opportunities and is primarily responsible in forecasting, marketing plan, development & implementation, stock supply and achievement of sales objectives for the product lines assigned.
Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business on assigned territory.
2. Manage key existing customer accounts - sales & profitability
3. Must be aware of all marketing trends that may affect customers and sales.
4. Create long term strategies on sales and with existing clients.
5. Implementing a global sales strategy.
6. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's profile; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
7. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; coordinating new product development.
8. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
9. Serve as the internal and external product evangelist, and conduct product presentations to customers, partners and principals
Qualifications & Skills:
1. 5-7 years minimum Sales experience in Food & Beverages preferably in Imported brands.
2. Food & Beverage Import/Export experience is a must, preferably in modern trade.
3. Excellent Communication skills
4. Able to work independently
5. Sales and goals oriented personality.
6. Aptitude in networking & building relationships.
7. Excellent time and project management skills.
