Coordinate and oversee preparation of operational plans and budgets for all the American Red Cross (AmRC) supported projects
Coordinate with various offices and oversee the implementation and effective monitoring and evaluation of all the AmRC supported projects
Establish or develop guidelines and/or strategies for program implementation
Acts as advisor to the AmRC Ph Delegation and respective project team regarding project implementation
Support Philippine Red Cross (PRC) in project proposal development
Contribute to program enhancement activities of respective implementing offices
Participate in the monthly AmRC operational call
Perform other tasks determined necessary
Risk Management, Compliance and Finance Management
Ensure overall compliance with Project Agreements between PRC & AmRC
Prepare and implement a risk management strategy for the AmRC supported projects
Oversee the preparation, review and presentation of required project budget and results reporting and documentation as outlined in the Project Agreements
Participate in the AmRC Fiscal Year Planning
Coordination
Identify and coordinate opportunities for cooperation with PRC offices, Red Cross and Red Crescent (RCRC) Movement partners and external partners in project planning and implementation
Convene or participate in meetings and prepare required documents as needed
Liaise support between PRC and AmRC
Monitoring
Monitor compliance of reports by project staff or focal point
Review and/or revise project reports submitted
Prepare overall AmRC project report based on request
Participate in the evaluation of the results and impact of the program
Coordinate with AmRC Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Team Leader, Disaster Management Service (DMS) Information Management (IM) and Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (PMER) on other monitoring & evaluation task
