Responsible for the development of business opportunities between the company and key accounts. Specific responsibilities involve business development, operations, account & client management, and resource strategic planning.
Job Description:
Business Development
Authorized representative of the company in managing the key accounts by communicating the changes/updates with the services of the transactions.
Lead the negotiation with the initiatives, planning, and dealing with the key
accounts and the management
Gathers data for customer service and understanding each accounts
peculiarities as a reference for the business requirements
Manages the contract and trading terms agreement of the assigned accounts
in identifying and aligning the opportunities for profit growth
Facilitate business planning and joint sessions with the internal stakeholders
Initiate Top to Top engagement with accounts.
Operations Management
Conduct orientation regarding the proper service & client handling
Monitor Bad Orders & escalations resolution time
Ensure compliance with the service level agreement (SLA) in meeting the account orders, deliveries, and corrective actions
Review customer feedback per each account
Account Receivables Management
Monitor accounts receivable through check & balance of the Aging Balance
Manages trade credit in preparing the Credit Application Form of customers, in
preparation for the documentation and collection of required documents
Manages the request for the release and writing-off of bad debts for accounts
with AR concerns.
Resource Planning
Budget Management in support to nationwide Sales Operations.
Organize all documents and forms for the deployment/pull out/ transfer of
commercial assets and accounts
Ensure timely deliveries on time and on schedule
Provide date in the forecasting of the annual CAPEX
Monitor and manage productivity by working on the employees career
development.
Administrative Duties
Analysis and reports management related to sales and contracts
Manage the database and collection of supporting documents for customer reference.
Create and update the clients account
Review and assess customers data and its validity
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelors Degree preferably in Business, Finance, or Marketing.
At least 8 years of relevant experience.
With at least five (5) years of experience in people management
Shipping/Logistics Industry experience is an advantage
Solid experience in sales and customer service
Demonstrable experience in negotiating and client engagements
In-depth understanding of sales performance
Analytical and organizational skills are a must
