Career development and overall workplace happiness Sourcing Work closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to ensure that the requirements for the job was properly understood. Source and recruit candidates using a variety of recruitment sources such as job boards, social media, professional network, resume databases and referrals. Participate in the task-based recruitment activities including phone screening, sourcing, posting job ads and skill assessment. Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments. Identifying strong and applicable talent from available candidates online and on the Applicant Tracking System. Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants. Parsing and updating candidate's resume and profile on the Applicant Tracking System. Administration Tasks Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional/departmental goal attainment or for professional training, education or development as programmed by Talent Acquisition Manager. Perform other important and urgent duties assigned. Keep updated on industry on HR trends and practice pertaining to recruitment activities.
