This is a remote position.
A Melbourne-based placement firm specializing in au pair services is looking for an MYOB Payroll officer to join their team!
The Payroll Officer will be expected to work six hours a day, following the client's timezone and business operating hours.
Tasks:
Deliver a range of day to day payroll processing transactions, including leave applications and appropriate payroll reconciliations
Maintain HR / Payroll data including employee data, staffing changes and payroll update
Prepare payroll fortnightly using MYOB
Invoice clients
Chase debts
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in payroll functions for Australian clients
Knowledgeable in the use of MYOB for payroll tasks
Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
Highly organized self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end
Work From Home Requirements:
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
Headset with mic
No background noise during work hours
Must not be currently employed full time
