We are looking for a MyLearning Team Leader to lead, coach and develop a team of MyLearning LMS administrators. In this role, you will be applying your knowledge in any LMS/HR systems, preferably Cornerstone, to oversee all LMS administration to service the business.. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills are essential. You will also be collecting and analysing data to create a roadmap for system and process improvement. You will also be collaborating with HRSD, HR Tech, Cornerstone and L&D Teams to build effective working relationships.
Business Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop a team of MyLearning LMS administrators.
Collate and analyse data to drive ongoing process improvement.
Apply Cornerstone system knowledge to manage new releases and functionality needs
Establish a clear framework for work prioritisation and allocatework across the team accordingly.
Build partnerships and collaborate with HRSD, HR Tech, Cornerstone and L&D Teams.
Manage key business stakeholders, their expectations, and escalations.
Key Skill Requirements
Minimum 3-years' experience in leading a small team.
Technically savvy with a good working knowledge of Cornerstone and other HR systems.
Ability to collaborate cross functionally and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders to reach agreed outcomes.
A proven track record for collecting and analysing data to produce a purposeful and compelling roadmap for improvement.
Confident negotiation and communication skills to consult effectively with business stakeholders.
Ability to operate effectively and pivot quickly in a complex environment of changing and conflicting priorities
