You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support for the annual compensation cycle, including global compensation planning tool support and other activities (e.g. data, communications, etc.) associated with the compensation year-end cycle
Runs ad-hoc and scheduled Workday queries as requested by Center of Excellence (COE)
Executes compensation actions by updating Workday, communicating with other workstreams such as Work & Life Events (W&LE) / payroll when appropriate
Administers the Founders Day Grant process communicating with payroll the list of people who want to sell their phantom shares and sending sale confirmation to employees, regional and corporate finance teams
Collects annual stock ownership information, maintains employee tracking database and keeps COE informed on ownership attestation
Sends out communications to applicable employees in support of compensation programs and processes
Creates dividend files and coordinates accurate payments with nearshore Shared Services (IBS) locations
Education:
University Degree or related required (All majors accepted; Human Resources, Business, Accounting preferred)
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of Compensation Administration and Project Management, preferred
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities (critical)
Proficiency in Excel (critical)
Strong accuracy and attention to detail (critical)
Successful execution of mid-sized projects
Experience in working in different time zones / global organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills - business fluent
English language fluent
Strong customer service orientation
Time management
Works well in a team
High operational excellence
