You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What you need to know about this position:
Address Tier 2 queries on My Career processes
Own the quality and timely completion of tier 2 work requests for My Career - referring or escalating to Tier 3 as needed
Maintain, update and improve the Tier 1 scripts for My Career processes
Support the education of Tier 1 colleagues on My Career processes
Support the activation of the My Career projects, events and cycles and work with regions/sites to support detailed My Career preparations and set-up
Consolidate My Career survey feedback
Support the coordination of post-My Career survey/feedback results prior to briefings
Identify areas for continuous improvement for handling My Career queries and work requests and support their implementation
Job-specific requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience of HR Organizational Development
Experience in HR Shared Services function, preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - customer service orientation and cultural sensitivity
Demonstrated problem-solving skills including gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data coupled with curiosity to dig in and identify root causes and solutions
Experience of implementation of projects/continuous improvement initiatives a plus
Keen attention to details especially integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
Work schedule: afternoon (mid to night) shift (Philippine standard time)
