It provides timely, accurate, relevant and independent information and analysis to meet external reporting requirements, drive resource allocation and challenge and enable business decisions to maximize sustainable performance.
The Deutsche Bank MCC program (Market Conformity Control) aims to provide the bank with a comprehensive framework for controlling 'Off-Market' trades. The team is responsible for monitoring cash and derivative trading activity and ensuring that transactions are executed in line with market conditions. The scope of monitoring is global and covers a wide array of products, businesses, trading desks and capture systems. The successful candidate will be responsible defining control procedures and methodologies for the strategic monitoring program.
Your key responsibilities
Produce relevant MI reports that are needed in the review and assessment of trades, and
Determine if transacted prices correspond to market price levels within specified thresholds using pre-determined methodologies
Support in the investigations by providing necessary data using evidenced execution time
Perform investigation in RMS for matching of spots to structure
Work closely with Middle Office to conduct trade validation
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Mathematics, Finance or equivalent, preferably with a certification in the following: CIMA, CPA, CFA, FRM, etc.
Solid knowledge in financial markets products (Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, and Derivatives); Understanding of trading strategies, market dynamics and regulatory environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and sound judgment is essential to succeed in this role.
A professional who is independent-minded, proactive, inquisitive, resourceful, and highly adaptable
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a multi-cultural setting with senior stakeholders across locations and a strong passion to perform in a dynamic fast-paced environment
