Understand creative requirements of a communication brief (messaging, visual style, mandatory copy)
Produce various communication materials (copywriting, static/moving designing) to be cascaded via our Affiliate Communication channels
Regularly review communication initiatives & suggest improvements to the creative process
Analyze industry trends and ensure up-to-standard & effective creative communications
Work closely with the various Influencer teams to ensure all Affiliate initiatives are communicated in a timely & efficient manner
Oversee the Affiliate Cascade Calendar to ensure communication efforts are scheduled properly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Design, or any related field
Prior experience in eCommerce & Affiliate Marketing or Advertising is preferred
At least 5 years of experience in Graphic Design/Layouting and Basic Copywriting Video editing skills is a plus
Must have adequate knowledge of basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Photoshop) and basic Google Suite tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Excellent communication skills must be proficient in both Filipino & English
Able to work independently and with a team
A communicator who is able to produce creatives based on data-driven insights
Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
