The Mulitmedia Designer oversees diverse design projects: print, digital and video. This function requires knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. This role requires extensive experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, maintain brand consistency, and stays up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
This job also requires reviewing and mentoring of junior designers' work to ensure high quality and efficiency.
The person may also be assigned as a dedicated or shared resource depending on the ramp of projects.
As a Multimedia Designer, you will:
Execution of Creative Design processes at standard
Knowledge of and perform the department's set processes
Maintain capabilities required at Spec Level (GWC)
Exhibit willingness to further develop his/her skills
Ability to train junior designers
Day-to-day client communications
Understanding of brief efficiently
Good presentation skills
Quality work within standard Turnaround Time
Meet the desired expectations and delivery of both client and Team Leader
Learn and deploy client and SA
Participate in awards and competitions
Back-up of KA Clients
Bachelor's / College Degree preferably Fine Arts or Multimedia Arts or related degree
Diverse portfolio with 2+ years design experience within an agency, design studio or related industry
Strong working knowledge of graphics and design fundamentals
Mastery of advanced skills enough to not to require supervision
Highest level of attention to detail with a creative and artistic ability
Ability to manage a diverse workload,
Execution of social media strategy
Print and digital know-how
Digital product design (UI/UX)
Prototyping
Packaging design
E-Learning and instructional modules
Print preflight
Photography and video editing
Motion graphics and video editing
Proficient in the following software,
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Indesign
Adobe Premiere
Adobe After Effects
Adobe XD
Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
Good prioritization skills, process documentation skills, and presentation skills
Can work remotely Mon-Fri on a US shift (8pm-5am)
Must have a stable internet connection with speed of at least 25mbps (Fiber Connection)
