He/She must be able to deliver various design deliverables such as direct mail pieces, print ads, social media images, banner ads, landing page, electronic direct mails (EDMs), print ads, brochures & flyers, posters, signages and corporate brand collaterals, with a strict adherence to the turnaround time, quality, and processes set by StraightArrow and its client.
As a Multimedia Designer, you will:
Create ads for social media and google display
Create email design in line with standards
Execute Quality Check for print pieces
Ensure that the print pieces follow the set standards
Follow agreed design standards as set by the client
Process document creation
Keeping the process document updated
Properly following the instruction of the supervisors/client
Perform tasks within the set turnaround time
Adhere to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Communicate and work well with a diverse team of great people from different departments internally and externally
Bachelor's degree in Multimedia/ Fine Arts or any related course
Proficient in using the Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Adobe InDesign
Experienced in Responsive Email/Web Designing
Knowledgeable in print production
Must have graphic design skills (color theory, typography, layout and composition, etc.)
Has an ability to adjust and adapt accordingly to design constraints
Good sense of accuracy and attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Can work remotely Mon-Fri on a US shift (8pm-5am)
Must have a stable internet connection with speed of at least 25mbps (Fiber Connection)
