He/She is able to deliver various design deliverables such as social media images, static and dynamic (basic) banner ads, landing page, basic illustration, photo manipulation, print and digital ads, brochures and flyers, posters, signages, PowerPoint presentations, and corporate brand collaterals.
He/She should be able to review and execute creative briefs efficiently, as well as possess great listening and verbal communication skills. He/she should be able to work well with a diverse team of great people from different departments internally and externally. Moreover, he/she must maintain brand consistency and stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
He/She possesses adequate knowledge in the following Adobe Creative Suite software applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Persons in this job level are also required to review and mentor junior designers in their work in the absence of POCs to ensure high quality and efficiency. He/she is also expected to maintain a high quality score well above the passing rate.
Acts as proxy in the absence of the Creative Design Specialist III, assuming the role of POC (Person of Contact) in client engagement and events where problem-solving or decision-making skills are needed at their skill level. He/she is also expected to escalate problems to the HCO in the absence of a higher spec level team member or team leader for matters about the team or those that are outside his/her skill level.
Bachelor's / College Degree preferably Fine Arts or Multimedia Arts or related degree
Diverse portfolio with 3+ years design experience within an agency, design studio or related industry
Strong knowledge in the basic elements of design (color theory, typography, layout and
composition, etc.) * Ability to adjust and adapt accordingly to design constraints
Good sense of accuracy and attention to detail
Shows great understanding and comprehension of client's brand guidelines
Basic working knowledge in print production
Intermediate working knowledge in digital production
Amenable to work remotely Mon-Fri on US (8PM - 5AM) shift
Willing to accept a 1-month project
