Job Description
Your team
The Training Management team is part of the Project Delivery organization. It is a global team with dynamic members from Europe and Asia. We provide education (onsite and online training) to our clients working on Avaloq (Avaloq Core and Front Platform). The different courses cover business as well as technical aspects and provide deep insights into the system and the processes.
As part of the training team, one of your key focus is developing learning materials used on our projects.
Qualifications
Your mission
Develop and maintain e-learning content using technologies such as Articulate 360, Adobe products, and MS PowerPoint.
Conceptualize with the latest innovations to produce engaging and effective learning materials.
Create high quality design to include, but not limited to, instructional materials, infographics, videos, posters, illustrations, and animations.
Support the subject matter experts (SME) in content design and development to enhance the learning experience to suit both the learners and the learning management system (LMS)
Produce engaging animations and presentations for e-learning videos to be hosted on various platforms.
What you need
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Strong working knowledge in e-learning authoring tools, video editing tools and graphic design tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Photoshop / Adobe InDesign, etc.
Very high standard of written and spoken English, strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Structured and autonomous approach to working
Ability deliver output efficiently without sacrificing quality
Attention to details, self-motivated and goal-oriented; Willingness to learn and high degree of initiative
