Pre-production Duties
Provides research of information, audio and video materials, images, subjects for interviews, talents for casting, and possible shoot locations.
Coordinates requisition of materials for retrieval from MAMS and Archives, Corp CCM, and any and all subsidiaries and material sources including external suppliers of acquired content.
Facilitates request of equipment and manpower thru Corp RMS, Global production units, and third party external suppliers.
Participates in the generation of ideas and concepts, and attends brainstorming of promo campaigns
Provides regular updating of project status to team leads, head, and internal clients.
Coordinates attendance of production personnel during shoots, including setting of call time, sending out call sheets, and manning ingress and egress of shoots
Request and Liquidation of petty cash advance
Production Duties
Retrieves materials from sources both internal and external
During shoots, renders location work, including organizing work and waiting stations, buys and/or rents props and production supplies, tokens for subjects or cast, handles petty cash expenses and its liquidation
Facilitates voicing of scripts daily or as required
Facilitates creation of static images for SVOD service, OTT as well as linear platforms that may require basic
knowledge and familiarity of Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator or other design software)
Post Production Duties
Coordinates with editors, artists, and producers in supplying needed audio, video, image requirements
Secures final exported materials and masters to be downloaded from Media Design or Editing portal for submission to approvers
Secures layered material renders, clean edit versions or project files for turn-over/archiving in MAMS
Acts as custodian of approved scripts, voice-overs, masters, music cue sheets, props
Facilitates minor stitching or basic editing of video trailers or plugs as required, using Adobe CS (Premiere) or other Editing software
Endorsement / Material Handling
Generates asset code of promo materials in FITS and/or Firezilla, provides Endorsement sheet that indicates region, name and length and kill date of material.
Endorses approved materials to TOC for ingest in Amagi or other server
Provides digital links to materials for socials, websites, and all other users eg. Content Marketing, Corp Marketing, DMD, internal approvers
Administrative Duties
Attends inter-departmental update meetings eg. Engineering updates, Corp CCM workflow updates
Attends presentation of campaigns and materials for approval to Unit Heads and others
Participates in Creative Reviews, Workshops and the creation of annual Global Content Calendar.
Graduate of Advertising or Communication Arts;
Open to fresh graduates, with ABS CBN Production On-The-Job Training preferred
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Software (Editing, Photoshop)
Knowledge in business writing is required while knowledge in creative writing and process is a plus
Understanding of digital platforms including uploading and management of video content to social media eg. Youtube and Facebook
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and work under pressure or tight deadlines
