JOB DESCRIPTION
The Multimedia Assistant will be responsible for the conceptualization, creative execution and to a certain extent provide the creative direction in the design, layout and creative formatting of a variety of projects for digital marketing. Creates digital materials aligned with content guidelines and timeline requirements, and produces creative designs for digital marketing campaigns and information drives. Design logos and other branding collateral. Create flyers, brochures, tarps and other print materials. Participating in brainstorming and production of effective marketing campaign, social media posts and videos.
Job Responsibilities:
• Can turn brand and product or service concepts and ideas into creative executions in different media formats and purposes for use across different platforms.
• Creates visually—impactful designs as requested.
• Creates marketing and promotional content for various social media platforms and websites.
• Works with a wide range of media including photography, video, electronic, and print design (as necessary).
• Injects fresh ideas and approaches to creativity and ensures quality and accuracy of all output.
• Keeps abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and other applications.
• Develops design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
• Work with the marketing team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Shoot photos/videos for internal and external projects, promotional materials, product shoot, online ads, social media and website postings.
• Determine design strategies to deliver a clear message to a particular target audience.
• Create marketing collateral such as posters, digital content, promotional videos and catalogs for website, social media pages and in store promo display. Design logos, templates, collateral, and other graphic requirements
• Discuss the requirement for the designs with other marketing personnel for product design, event management, and sales promotions project requirements
• Analyze the purpose of the project and develop design ideas
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects
Basic to Intermediate Knowledge of DSLR Camera
Knowledgeable in Photo and Video Editing
Must be keen on details
Willing to work with minimum supervision
Willing to be assigned in Antipolo City, Rizal
